Our goal at Somewhere is to provide our customers with high quality products and excellent customer care. If your purchased product isn’t performing properly, we want to ensure you have a solution. Please see our guidelines below if you have a defective product.
The defective item must be returned with receipt within 14 days from the original purchase date for it to be eligible for refund or exchange.
The following must be applicable for a defective product return/refund:
Must have 30% or more of product remaining.
Product must be returned with original packaging.
Replacement product must be of equal or lesser value at full retail price.
